In response to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak we have reviewed our processes to ensure the safety of our staff, candidates and clients.
JEM Childcare staff are currently operating a “business as usual” approach and working alongside our Clients in supporting them with their recruitment needs.
For Candidates – A number of our clients have moved to “telephone interviews” for first stage interview process and then will be arranging early morning or late evening interviews “face to face interviews” on site, with some clients looking at out of hours interviews and potential saturday morning visits to settings for the final stage of the interview process – we will discuss this with you at our interview stage and as this is a ongoing ‘crisis’ we will be updating you regularly.
For Clients – we will be in constant touch with yourselves, working with you on your policies and procedures for interviewing potential candidates. Throughout this ongoing outbreak JEM Childcare will be aiming to continue to operate at all times.
Obviously this outbreak is fast moving and guidance is changing regularly – so further updates and/or changes to our approach will be issued as necessary.
