Our clients beautiful 50 plus place Nursery in Beaconsfield are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of the setting, working 5 day week – 40 hrs – with a salary c£45k plus mega benefits.

Requirements

Ideally you will have
 
  • Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
  • Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Can inspire, energise and support others
  • Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
