An experienced Nursery Deputy Manager is needed for this lovely setting in Oxted, working alongside the manager in the daily running of the setting.  Working a 40 hr week Monday to​​ Friday salary being offered by our Clients is c£35k with lots of great benefits. There is onsite parking and within distance of train station.

Requirements

Ideally you will have
  • Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • Have at least 1 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Can inspire, energise and support others
  • Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
