Nursery Deputy Manager

Our clients in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced senior practitioner who has experience of stepping up to Deputy Manager, or who is currently a Deputy Manager, looking for a new challenge in supporting the day to day running of this nursery alongside the manager and support the growth of occupancy. Salary is c£30k dep on experience based on a 40 hr working week, with nearby parking.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year’ experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and requirements
