Requirements
Ideally you will have
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
- Have at least 2 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
- Can inspire, energise and support others
- Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
